Assist with reprojections and budgets by confirming prior production expenses, assessing upcoming expenses, and suggestion changes to ensure overall program goals are met.Reconcile campaign bids to the campaign budget to ensure campaigns are within budget.Manage printers and mailshops, for each project, communicating specs, deadlines and price expectations.Analyze print, data, and mailing for efficiency and reduce costs negotiate lower prices through gang or program pricing, cost savings recommendations, and ongoing discussions with suppliers and internal departments.Develop and manage individual campaign schedules.Manage acquisition merge/purge process.Review all artwork, bluelines and live data and mailshop set ups and manages approval process with clients.Draft specs and package grids for client approval and submits final package grid to suppliers to complete a project.Manage bidding process either directly or through our production partners and provides client with cost evaluation and recommendations.
